Onward Consulting is your right-hand resource when you don’t know how to manage conflict yourself—and your neutral mediator when resolution feels impossible. From home to work, conflict is inevitable, but closure is possible.

Onward Consulting is your right-hand resource when you don’t know how to manage conflict yourself—and your neutral mediator when resolution feels impossible. From home to work, conflict is inevitable, but closure is possible. Let’s manage it better, together.

Let’s manage it better, together.

Like most of us, I’ve lived through conflict in business and in life—but through dedicated practice and intentional growth, I've learned to navigate conflict peacefully and successfully. In my personal life, I’ve navigated divorce and co-parenting, and in my professional life, I’ve mediated workplace disputes, labour negotiations, and stakeholder conflicts—all while maintaining positive relationships.

So, after 17 years in management at my family's business, 10 of those as partner, I exited the company to pursue my calling as a mediator and conflict resolution professional. I trained with MediateBC and the Justice Institute of British Columbia, completing eight courses in mediation and conflict resolution. I founded Onward Consulting because I truly believe we should all be empowered with the skills and support to move on in our lives rather than staying stuck in the stress and upset of conflict.

And that’s what I’m here to do for you, too.
